I thought this very interesting since my twin sister and I have green eyes, my brother has blue eyes and my mom has brown eyes.

No press conference was called, no national media outlet tauted the great deed, no public recognition what so ever and yet these loving caring people made their donation never the less.
The politicians and the celebs as well as the rich and famous can learn from us ordinary folk who just live our lives the best we can and when someone needs our help we reach out gladly and without false pretense not seeking gratification but rather a true act of love and genuine caring. It isn’t about how much you give, it is about how much you love to give.

Now the big push is for mandatory use of LED light bulbs. Incandescent bulbs are old and antiquated and need to be replaced with these new and simply wonderful ‘Green’ alternative. We are told that they will not burn-out for many years and that their very cost effective and that they will cure cancer…….OOPS; not yet. What the government desk jockey’s won’t tell you is that when dropped they explode emit poisonous gasses. They are extremely expensive and they aren’t as bright as the good old incandescent.
LED bulbs have been on the market for years so we aren’t talking about a new product. What we are talking about is a new push for a product that most Americans simply don’t want. Philips Electronics the leading producer of the LED has recently drastically reduced their prices in order to achieve more sales. Of course if asked their spokesman might tell you that with new technological break-through production costs have been reduced thus a lower retail cost. I believe it is obvious these producers are overstocked and need to cut their inventory even though our government continues it’s massive push for LED.
The American public has spoken with silence at the cash register and now an agitated and power hungry elite are poised to do what they do best, pass another law and be dammed what the citizens want.

As it were a massive and powerful snow storm has hit our capital at a most interesting time stranding our beloved politicians in their plush offices and personal accommadations.
The big push is on by the dems to get a government run health bill passed by Christmas and to save face from the total debachle this bill has become.
Only a few votes stand in the way of victory for the liberals and their ultimate goal of health take over from every American citizen.
Polls have consistantly showed that a majority of Americans do not want a government take over of individual health care but never the less the relentless push continues.
Undeniably, everything the government takes from free enterprise and tries to run for us becomes a burcraratic nighttmare and yet the push continues.
Americans have seen their constitutional rights errode as taxes continue to rise and civil liberties diminish and yet the massive push for more government take over continues.
Only the REAL people who make up this once great country can stand fast and demand ‘No More’ big government intervention. Let us alone to live our lives without big brother taking from us at every turn. Let us do what we do best without OUR government holding our hand and that is build a great nation.
So the push is on to pass this massive health bill with the snow flying and the wind howling and all our senators stuck in Washington to do their dirty deed. How fitting it would be if the snow and the politicians were all pushed out of the capital so ‘We the People can get on with our lives uninpeded. We can only pray.
I’m always talking about how important it is to have a lifestyle conducive to maintaining good health. Well here is what I did early this cold windy morning.
First I ate my three eggs with toast with real butter. Had a cup of decaf coffee while I checked my emails.
Walked my two Golden Retriever’s separately in the fields. Actually we run, walk, stop to play, really get the heart pumping. I will do this three times a day each lasting about thirty minutes. The best part of ‘walking the dogs is that i’m outside enjoying the day. I do this regardless of the weather and thouroghly have a great time.
Life is way to short not to enjoy every momment so I DO!
