Careful; Exercise Can “Pollute” Your Body
Filed under: General
Posted by: site admin @ 2:58 pm

How can you get the best benefits of regular exercise—without placing your body at risk in the process?

All of your workouts’ positive effects begin with oxidative phosphorylation, a pathway that your body uses to generate energy (known as adenosine triphosphate or ATP) at the cellular level.

Supplementing with nutrients that will help your body to replenish its essential ATP levels. This will improve muscle function plus increase your heart’s stamina and help it to keep up with the demands for more ATP during exercise.

Whether you’re a casual exerciser or an amateur athlete, look for the highly bioavailable form of CoQ10, preferably the second generation CoQ10-H2™, for a supplement-based strategy that can reduce your recovery time plus maximize your strength, energy and endurance throughout each and every workout.

Studies show that excess free radical exposure can pave the way to DNA mutations, premature aging and cell death, muscle weakness, fatigue and chronic oxidative stress. D-ribose is a pentose sugar that can help to maintain ATP regeneration in your body, especially following exercise.

Extensive research shows that safe, natural substances including vitamins A, C and E, N-acetyl cysteine, lutein, rosemary leaf extract, turmeric, green tea, bilberry and grape seed extract are all potent free radical quenchers.

Studies document that D-ribose can supply extra amounts of ATP to your heart muscle in particular. Meanwhile, the popular antioxidant coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) also plays a vital role in ATP synthesis, and can improve energy production when your body is under physical stress.

It’s no surprise, then, that research shows that regular CoQ10 supplementation can boost exercise tolerance, lessen fatigue and improve physical performance in active subjects. Unfortunately, this respiratory process—paired with your muscles’ contractions and additional environmental factors like certain preservatives in foods and beverages, sun exposure and smog—produces by-products that pollute your body and lead to the formation of damaging free radicals.

Moderate exercise is great but be careful not to over do it and certainly, most definitely, supplement.

Vitamin B and Lung Cancer
Posted by: site admin @ 2:29 pm

A recent European study suggests that people with high amounts of  Vitamin B6 and the amino acid methionine were at a reduced risk of acquiring lung cancer, even if they smoke.

Researchers were quick to point out that stopping smoking remained the best way of reducing lung cancer risk.

Even if you continue to smoke, supplementing with Vitamin B6 may help to slow the progression of the disease.

A healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential building blocks in the prevention of any form of cancer . Avoid processed foods, fried food and burned animal fat. Don’t drink public water. Don’t eat meat that has been mass produced and processed (contains hormones, anti-biotics or other injections).

If you are taking prescription drugs consider using natural supplements as an alternative. (consult with your health care provider before implementing).

Many Natural Health advocates firmly believe that cancer is a self induced disease and can be prevented if the proper lifestyle is set in place and aggressively adhered to. Take control of your health, you are its master.

Science Struggles To See The Value of Herbs
Filed under: General
Posted by: site admin @ 2:11 pm

Genesis 1:29 “And God said, ‘Behold I have given every herb-bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed: to you it shall be for meat’.”

Academia seems to have a blind eye in regards of the medicinal value of God created herbs. This shouldn’t surprise anyone for in fact science researchers and other scholarly people have long took the path of least resistance with published studies. This path always follows the money trail to pharmaceutical drugs. Having said that there is some glimmer of hope that maybe a few good men and women will and have spoken out in a favorable manner regarding medicinal Herbal properties.

At the recent annual meeting of the Association for Psychological Science, scientists are beginning to discover a host of health benefits from common spices and herbs. Many herbs were noted to have positive affects for specific ailments and conditions, although they were quick to point out more studies were needed to authenticate their usefulness.

Herbs have been used for medicinal purposes throughout millennia particularly by the Chinese. Ancient history records innumerably the positive attributes of common herbs, spices, tree foliage and bark, water plants and algae and other God created entities.

The Supplement industry is growing exponentially and can no longer be overlooked as a driving force in how people choose to treat their illnesses. The question will be whether science will take us seriously and begin true unbiased studies in an effort to benefit mankind, or whether to stay on the safe side where the money continues to flow uninterrupted. Regardless of the outcome there are many good people and businesses striving to educate a blinded society that God has given us all the wonderful herbs etc. for our protection and healing of these magnificently created bodies.

Did you know that with the passage of time, hyaluronic acid (HA) levels within our body begin to significantly diminish, adding to a innumerable universal health and cosmetic changes? This dramatic loss of HA quantity and quality starts the transition from soft skin and suppleness to wrinkles and stiffness. Without supplemental HA restoration the skin and body undergo the normal depletion of young looking skin resulting in the aging affect that we all unfortunately must deal with.

Why not give back to your body what it loses naturally through the march of time. This isn’t vanity, indeed, this is simply wanting to look young as long as you can. How we look has a lot to do with how we feel about ourselves, kind of sets the pace for each new day. A new day with a new attitude, believe me people will notice, and you will notice too.

High quality Hyaluronic acid (HA) is now available in oral lozenges for full body absorption and serums to target problem areas or specific locations such as the face so you can begin looking as good as you feel.

Look, you know time has done its damage, isn’t it about time to do something about it before even more time slips away and more deterioration takes place. It’s your life, your health, go for it!

Natural Supplements Aren’t Created Equally
Filed under: General
Posted by: site admin @ 9:20 am

If you are in search of a quality natural supplement, where do you begin? Start by avoiding the drug store with its multitude of vitamins and supplements. I’m not saying these products are frauds, just that they probably aren’t all natural or top of the line in their industry. Stay away from discount stores that promise the lowest prices, generally you get what you pay for and when it comes to your health you deserve the best. Be careful what you buy from infomercials they can be very enticing but also can be deceiving. Remember the bottom line for any advertiser is to lure you in hook line and sinker. Be skeptical of one page wonders that plunder the internet with outrageous promises and long drawn out copy that finally ends with “and if you buy now; for a limited time only; don’t miss out”; you know the hype. Finally, don’t get caught up with new products until you’ve done your research to see if in fact they are all natural and quality scrutinized.

Choose to buy from a producer who has a solid reputation in the supplement industry. Read carefully how their products are produced paying careful attention for quality assurance guarantees. I personally look for customer reviews and always read the ‘About page’ to learn of the company. I also like ‘certified organic herbs’ this tells me this company means business and won’t settle for second best.

Research is your best hedge against buying inferior supplements, so take a few minutes and learn about the products your considering buying. I personally am willing to pay a little more for a quality produced supplement knowing that my body will receive optimum results. Oh, and remember even the best natural supplements go on sale periodically, keep a watchful eye and save.
