I’m always talking about how important it is to have a lifestyle conducive to maintaining good health. Well here is what I did early this cold windy morning.
First I ate my three eggs with toast with real butter. Had a cup of decaf coffee while I checked my emails.
Walked my two Golden Retriever’s separately in the fields. Actually we run, walk, stop to play, really get the heart pumping. I will do this three times a day each lasting about thirty minutes. The best part of ‘walking the dogs is that i’m outside enjoying the day. I do this regardless of the weather and thouroghly have a great time.
Life is way to short not to enjoy every momment so I DO!
Step back from the mondain and take a serious look at your lifestyle and where you would like to be instead of where you are now.
God gave us only our alloted time here on earth and before you know it your life is but a vapor forever gone.
A happy fullfilled lifestyle goes a long way toward maintaining good health but it’s much more than that it is your ticket to be “Forever Young”.
