I wanted the people to know that Vitamin D is what you need for osteoporosis yes you need calcium, strontium, and a variety of other nutrients but without a good amount of vitamin D you won’t get better. I take 5000 I.U. a day. Each person is different though. If you live in a cold part of the world and do not get out in the sun as much you need more. If you live in a sunny part of the world you may get all the vitamin d you need from the sun.
